I connected with a local agent to get the auto emails on the MLS and now everywhere I go I look for vacant/distressed/foreclosed homes to potentially invest in.

I usually run an auto script from RPR, look at the estimated value in Reallist, the appraised value for taxes, then run my comps off the MLS and see where I am.

I specifically recall that SafeCo wouldn't even quote an umbrella policy unless we had their overpriced auto (and maybe home too!)
