Also, there are lots of conferences downtown and as already mentioned traveling professionals.

Not only do we have people who come for Disney but by not theming we get people that come in town for work conferences, sports competitions, etc.  

In addition, if I begin to become more involved, I may want to consider writing off expenses associated with RE such as traveling to site of the possible syndication, conferences, meet ups etc.Thanks Duke

We will meet once a month locally and/or via web conference (60 min) and you have to attend at lease one meeting in person a quarter.

Behr has a scuff defense paint that is supposedly tougher but I haven’t had a turnover with it yet.  

For paint all walls are Behr flat scuff defense in accessible beige which is a greyish beige.

I just went to the IMN Build for Rent conference in Nashville and the presenters made an interesting point about why a BFR community would be in better condition than a traditional neighborhood.
