Oklahoma City Air BnB and STR’s

I have never used this strategy on any properties I own, but am trying to learn as much as possible to see if it might make sense to incorporate this strategy throughout Oklahoma City.

With that said I’m trying to learn about people’s experience with it, good and bad, to see if this strategy makes sense for the Oklahoma City market. Has anyone used this strategy? If so, what were the results and what area/sub-market were the properties located? Any information would be greatly appreciated and very helpful.

Going to have to second @Brooklyn McCarty on this. Step #1 of investing in STRs in any market is to look into local regulations! Step #2, I would say is asking around in local grassroot Facebook groups for real estate investing, and even STR investing, of which either or should exist for OKC, if not both, depending on the local regulations.
