Question to all: I visit www.huduser.org for the Fair Market Rents, but is there any other tool/website that will say what the rent is in a particular City (and County unlike www.huduser.org)?

I am receiving REO, NOD and NOT Listings from couple of Title Companies (different counties).

There can be a whole boatload of juriidictions (state, (multiple) counties, (multiple) cities, easement rightsholders (e.g. power company), traffic control authorities, etc.)

My county lists out auctions for months going forward on the web, but I'm kind of looking for something that's a little more user friendly than a raw action list.I have about a billion more questions, but I just previewed this and it's already too long.

I've looked at public records, both through the county web sites and through a title company.

We personally live north and west of Rockford and we are going to start out in real estate probably focusing in McHenry County - since that's the county we really know well.

Contact the county clerk and ask if you can get a list of all properties where the owner address is different than the property address.
