B) to find resources like recommended/reliable CPA's, lawyers, handymen/electrician/plumbers (note: I have these but being small, would like to cross-shop for a more long term partner) and finally and most importantly find a reliable wholesaler with integrity.So I guess my questions are two fold:Does networking actually help you find good deals?

i think the going rate is about $30/sq.ft with a sink cut-out. i can refer a guy if you'd like. you can also hop onto fb marketplace and shop around there as well. plenty of options.

Falling off and on the MLS, speaking with the listing agent and shopping it to a few buyers I knew looking for something similar in this area.

Also, for the appliances, do yall know of a better place to shop for them than Home Depot or Lowes?

I have a friend who I'm helping lease an 800 sq garage/shop space attached to a single-family rental.
