New here from Spokane WA Love the podcast!

Steve Jensen
Posted

Good Morning from cold and snowy Spokane WA, I love watching the podcast on youtube. My savings plan should have me ready to buy my first unit around Oct. BRRRR baby.

Short term goal: single family or duplex purchased in 9 months.

Mid term goal: nail down systems and procedures on the first and learn everything I can, refi and repeat after about a year from purchase. Add another unit every 9 months or so after that.

Long term Goal: Be able to hang up my Chef coat and have the time and freedom to watch my boys grow up and enjoy a travel filled life.

Thanks in advance to this amazing community. I've lurked a little in the past but I'm ready to dive in and make this life happen!

Sincerely,

Steve Jensen
