The search will be for a primary residence, with the caveat that ideally it could be a long term buy and hold when/if my employers moves me again.If anyone knows of any agents working in that area that might also have solid knowledge of rental rates, HOA fees/rules, property taxes and how the appraisals change after a sale, as well as the different neighborhoods and schools, I would be very grateful for the recommendation.Also, anyone who is doing buy and hold in that area, I would love to hear about your experience.

I would use a 10mm Pergo laminate with foam backing and then place area rugs to satisfy the HOA.
