Oppnions on Parkville Row Houses

I'm looking at a couple of row houses in Baltimore County in the Loch Raven Village,Hillendale, Parkville areas. These would be buy and hold rentals. I've been calculating that after renovations these houses could rent for around $1650 per month. I was wondering if anyone has experience with the row houses in those areas? Do they make good rentals? Any common issues with the houses or that area that I should keep an eye out for? Thanks!

@Joe Dimaio We have a couple in Loch Raven Village (technically in Towson, not Parkville). They make good, solid rentals for families or young professionals. The fact that a Starbucks went in near there made me feel even better about our investment decision. Also, there is no HOA.

One thing to be aware of is that neighbors are generally knowledgeable of the rule about not having more than two unrelated adults residing there. Ours currently rent for $1800 and $1750 but they are larger than some that are more south and east.

We have not had trouble renting them. Let me know if you have specific questions.
