Okay I have asked previously in regards to putting together my direct mail campaign to multifamily sellers, regarding the use of yellow letters and postcards.

I send out 2 yellow letters 2 zip letters and 2 large postcards.The message on the yellow is two color and a semi long copy.

On the other hand, some are saying they're going with the traditional yellow letter approach.
