I want to start my direct mail campaign.  I can send around 300 letters, postcards per month I want to do wholesaling.  How much should it take for direct mail to start working. I know you have to hit people multiple times.  And what are the best parameters to target? Thanks for your help.

@Hugo Pimentel Direct mail is a powerful form of marketing that a lot of investors invest in. What makes it even more effective is by having that call to action for people to respond. Don't try to sell to them in the post card, try to educate them by forcing them to visit your website.

From there they should be able to find tons of useful information on your website that will educate them on how your services work. This is the best route I would go when you'er talking about direct mail.
