This was not just a RE Investing focused podcast, it was also an extremely valuable “Life Lesson” that is dripping with motivation and higher-level knowledge for those ready to receive it.

I'm new to real estate investing and trying to decide where to start and what I should focus on first. 

If you were starting out, what neighborhoods/zip codes might you focus on?

It also did not have anchor behind it that drew millions of visitors per year in traffic.

BUT, we need not focus on how far behind we might be to some star 20-somethings.

OK Dane, my advice is to  first determine your monthly budget for marketing and make sure it is long term focused.

Here's what I did to get out of analysis- paralysis ( but I'm not recommending you to do the same) : I stopped listening to podcasts, watching investment videos and solely focused on making offers that made sense.
