The support staff that Redfin has working on every transaction helps move them much more smoothly towards closing than when individual agents are trying to wear too many hats at once and make mistakes when stretched thin in too many directions.

I'm looking for any guidance or information on how to evaluate property management companies, what to expect after the transfer, and how to ensure a smooth transition for the tenants.

It's tricky, not a smooth ride, tons of what ifs, but knowing some you can have ready in a month and some will take three.

Get a smooth presentation but make sure it is more along the lines of a conversation and not some canned spiel.
