Seems simple enough 

The ZenBusiness Premium package and the local attorney are the two options I'm most strongly considering, given that they offer the most comprehensive services.On one hand, ZenBusiness seems like a streamlined, cost-effective way to get things rolling, especially with the added features of the Premium package.

It also seems to imply that certain rules like setback are waived if they were not in compliance prior to the flood.  

But here, people don't seem to be talking about the strategy too much! 

From my point of view it seems to be more benefitial if you flip homes for a long period of time than short.

It doesn't seem like many are as creative financing becomes more mainstream.$0 down deal structures with "infinite returns" are du jour.

It seems as though several people are getting into the business of doing property management activities but calling it “co-hosting services” instead of property management in order to not need a Broker’s license.

Therefore, developer financing in itself alone isn’t a good reason to buy a property.On a separate but related note, judging by the questions I’m being asked, it seems like a few people are interested in buying units condo hotels.
