I have used the program's web feature send numerous reminders for her to complete her part of the application. 

However, as I am planning to add 3 more by the end of year, I feel that I spent quite some time arranging for cleaning projects (she is not good at computers and regularly misses new bookings if I didn't remind her).

listed one in CA and NY, one with android pic of CA house the other with iphone pic of NY house.. and two different flat fee listers said the listing was rejected cause the pic was flagged as a 'screenshot' in further discussion, it reminded me of why i quit renewing my license cuz of MLS bureacracy on par with CAL BREamazes me MLS arent being sued for such shady practice -- its like theres a mafia behind the scenes bullying people that go with discount mls services under the guise of such flagssurely there ought to be a class action.. cuz it delays equitable houses going on the market till seller breaks down and pays for professional photography, full commission list agent/broker, etc!

LCB proactively send out a rent reminder email every month about 5 days before the 1st.

Remind her that the biggest thing that keeps people from having a great life is having a good life. 

I'm looking for something that allows me manage expense / income - set reminders for maintenance / inspection etc.
