I'd have to cut back on my travel budget for the month, pay off the car I bought my parents (50k loan in Sep 2022, 28k left to go, my dad and I pay it together), and ensure that lifestyle doesn't change as rapidly.

Affordability makes these markets key attractions, compared to the national housing landscape, combined with expected home value appreciation and the rapid speed of home sales.

For example Cash flow, Buy and Hold - or Rapid value add +/- flip.

Anytime something goes wrong you dissect it to see the problems and how next time they can be avoided.There is no magic company to use to rapidly speed up the judgment collection process.
