Interesting article by a vegas-based Motley Fool writer.

I'm wondering if anyone uses these options or paypal to collect rent and if so has it been something a majority of tenants use or do they still drop off some sort of physical payment?

The risk of buying a property without physically walking it first is definitely there.

Numerous articles from 2013 about foreigners moving in and the area sort of becoming trendy came up - pretty interesting!

@Ann Bellamy thanks for the article do you have any experience with auctions in Florida?

@James Wise our realtor brings us different properties that are going to be up and coming on the MLS and does a lot of the ground work when it comes to seeing properties and sending us information when we can't physically go see them.
