I feel a lot like @Ken Latchers, I have a genuine passion for STR.  

But when this speaker, who's name escapes me since I jumped into the webinar a tad late, but when he talks about his wife, traveling through Thailand, other personal details, irrelevant dribble about Sy Sperling and Hair Club For Men and throws around words like "I want you guys to get excited about........do you have the passion.....he's attempting to use his "motivational" hyperbole to get you to the end-game, buying Connected Investors platform for a ridiculous $1,497.  

We have two ears and one mouth, so I listen more than I speak and am a very motivated and passionate student.

I'm just getting into this and have developed quite a passion for it.

That was not my intention, but rather to passionately point out that while some folks don't like the Denver conditions, other people can't see why you'd leave!

It would also be great just to have someone else passionate about real estate to chat with so let me know if anyone is interested! 

I am self employed so have a pretty flexible schedule that allows me to work on my real estate something I am truly passionate about.

I support mainly investors because that is where my passion is and have a network/team of people who can assist to make out of state investing a very easy process.
