Hey everyone my wife and I have been looking to invest out in Jacksonville FL. Looking for some rental properties and wanting to get insights about the area and future growth. Our strategy is looking to BRRRRR. If we can get some info. Or looking to connect with some investor friendly agents/ property managers. Looking forward to hearing from you guys. Thanks in advance.
