Riverside Ca investors and Bakersfield Ca investors

Hi everyone, I am currently in works of obtaining my first property and am currently looking in Bakersfield, Ca. I was born and raised there so know the area very well. I currently live in Riverside Ca, as I graduated college and have been living here for the last 6 years. I am self employed so have a pretty flexible schedule that allows me to work on my real estate something I am truly passionate about. If there is any Full time investors either in Bakersfield Ca or Riverside Ca that need extra help, I can donate upwards of 10 hours out of my week either to run numbers, help find properties or anything in between as long as it can be done from home, giving I work from my home office. Like I mentioned I am primary looking to purchase in Bakersfield as that is my strong point of knowing the area very well, having boots on the ground, but have now expanded to search here in Riverside as I am learning this market as well.
