The heart of downtown is growing.

It's close to the heart of town with a short walk to grocery, dinner, bars, and just about everything.

Note: I am not an expert by any means.The thing you must be aware of is that this process is not for the faint of heart and can be highly complicated; costing you time and money.

I'm over analytical at heart, and even though this only takes a few minutes to whip up, I'm still curious what everyone else does and if there are more efficient alternatives.

Practice the pitch over and over untill you know it by heart using a home that is within your buyers criteria (and appropriate homes for different buyers) Phone interaction is VERY scary for people not comfortable/ experienced in it but I assure you that if you can develop your confidence, you will overcome the largest hurdle in any business and that's saavy communication.

My parents had a lady that was suing us at one of our rental properties one time, my brother had a heart transplant, my friend jumped off the golden gate bridge, and another friend I know died before he finished high school from a seizure.

IMO your heart has to be in whatever it is you go after.

I am a bleeding heart, so not a good landlord (tenants sucker me with their hardluck stories, and their cute little kids-- which of course they just use, I was actually buying junky tenant furniture, just so that they could pay me their rent, go figure) and I have a hard time charging too much interest, my husband on the other hand... hmmm, luckily, right now he just wants to flip!

But what I did learn at college was that I would do it again in a heart beat.
