@Gary R UrenIf the property is zoned for only one home you most likely will not be able to do thisPossibly it could be 123 main st unit a vs b but that is a post office issue and good luck dealing with the post office on this issueI would talk to them and put to mailboxes in the front and see if they can separate it by A and B unit

Most people do not realize when someone liens a property its just a lien, but to collect on it they must file a lawsuit to collect that money which will cost them 5x more than what its worth.

It is your property so unless the tenant is intentionally breaking things they should not have to pay for repairs.As others have mentioned, it is hard enough to get tenants to report small issues that can and do cause larger problems when I am not charging a fee, you are opening yourself up to major issues if tenants are reluctant to call because they don’t want to pay a fee.
