@Jin Zhang If you are only managing If you rentals, I don't know that it really qualifies as a business since it would only take a small amount of time each month.As long as you live there, it should be fine to operate your business from that location It would be almost impossible to hide from the tenants that you are the landlord/owner.

This can get insanely 4 dimensional and trying to plan this all in your head is impossible, unless your initials are JN Boy Genius.

A lot of lenders in my area won't touch this and listing agents will tell their sellers offers with an FHA loan are garbage, but that doesn't mean it's impossible. 

Hola Andrea, as Rusell mentioned, in the neighboorhoods you are looking at it would be almost impossible to make it work.

He lied and said he reinspected the issues I fixed which was impossible unless he broke in as the house was locked and he didn't have keys.

@Joe Splitrock If you can not insure the note because of the lower underwriting and servicing standards, wouldn't that also make it nearly impossible to sell the note later on? 

I decided to invest there because it is almost impossible to cash flow with single family homes in the South Florida market.

It's hard to keep track of them all, listing agents and sellers can easily be overwhelmed with multiple offers and it's impossible for them to keep in close touch with everybody.
