not that I wanted to but the timber business I did from 92 to 2001 was very seasonal here in the Northwest and my partner went to Maui after elk hunting season and I stayed at my home in the Napa valley basically playing golf 5 days a week.. maybe a little snow skiing.. and I got board of it after a few years.. that's when I decided to fire back up and chase foreclosures and fire my Lending license back up... but nothing wrong at all with stopping to smell the roses.. and for me personally real estate I love it .. its a lifestyle always has been.. has not been all wine and roses think 08 to 2010 when I lost millions.. but I would not trade it for anything..

If you can find a deal in any of these areas, you're guaranteed (the way we guarantee the sun will rise tomorrow, i.e. there's always a chance it won't, but we bank on it) to win.I'm personally hunting for houses in 68114 because the development on 72nd and Dodge is going to cause all those houses to appreciate like bonkers and most of 68114 is in a great school district.

They typically have higher interest rates but that likely won't matter when you cash out refinance later.Lastly, try to hunt down those elusive but lucrative seller-financed deals.

So many factors – but the summary would be that a PM report can be a valuable input for a targeted property or if you lack the necessary on-the-ground experience to evaluate the local sub-market.Happy hunting!
