Appreciating markets in Omaha
Does Anyone from Omaha Nebraska has knowledge or can guide me on the search on the markets/neighborhoods that have been appreciating with good cash flow? I’ve been doing research online but some of the data is outdated. Thank you!

I've seen good cash flows in North Omaha with both the clients I have helped and with units I've purchased for myself. There are opportunities popping up often even in the tight market.
