Honestly, I think you’ll do great with either platform, but my vote is still with Cozy.

Honestly I would hire a good property manager @Reagan WilsonIf your goal is to hold these properties long term and you want to do it kind of fast. 

I know were in the midst of some crazy times....but honestly I couldn't be anymore excited.

@John Mocker @Gavin Welch Honestly, I am worried about having someone in the house right now to do the inspection with the pandemic.

I then moved on to PropStream and I have to be honest I didn't give it much to really say much about it. 

@Jodie Fae As long as your buyer is being honest about the lender approval and not using this as a way to get a discount on the deal the I would work with him and see if there is a middle ground.

There were a few items on my shopping list that were out of stock but honestly, that happens regularly at Costco. 

In my experience the best realtors that I’ve had were honest, responded to my questions in less than a day, helped evaluate a deal, would take pictures or videos of specific properties, etc.

Honestly, I don't think the residential real estate market will be hit that hard as a whole for any length of time.
