All I can say is that I appreciate most of you for your contribution to this community more than I can express.

This includes solicitation of donations by or on behalf of charitable organizations;"The grey area comes in the fact you are "promoting a service".The only clear-cut exemptions from the DNCR are:  Canadian registered charities;Political parties, riding associations and candidates;Market research polls and surveys;Newspapers of general circulation for the purpose of soliciting subscriptions;Telemarketing calls from organizations with whom the consumer has an existing business relationship are also exempt (a transaction has been executed within the last 18 months);Telemarketers to whom the consumer has granted their expressed consent (written form, electronic form, or recorded verbal permission). 

The only one out of over 100 calls that expressed motivation and backed it up on a sales price.

I was trying to express the importance of thinking outside of the box when marketing.

We have all heard the expression; The less I do the more I make.

There are a lot of people on this board who own no property, but feel free to express their unqualified opinions about it.

The first line of my addendum reads: "This Addendum incorporates by reference the P&S Agreement between the Seller and Buyer dated ___, and should any inconsistency exist between this addendum and the P&S Agreement, this addendum shall control." 2 Critical Terms to My Addendum:1) In California, the standard P&S Agreements / Offers Forms contains language that an assignment can only be made if you get the express written consent of the seller.

The OD rep also expressed a concern that they may not be able to sell the home for a profit, due to the repairs needed.

My point is...I know a little about Life Insurance...and have stayed in a Holiday Inn Express (and set up Whole Life for kids...conservative long-term vehicle)To my main point...after listening to Patrick Donohoe recently on Michael Blank's podcast, I really started looking at how so many wealthy people DO seem to utilize certain Whole Life policies to (in effect) be their own bank for many purposes.
