I doubt anyone even knows what they are here or has ever heard of them.. newbies buying rentals in the mid west soon learn though and yes it happens in most all price points... although with my A class in the best parts of Jackson MS IE Madison and RAnkin county I have never caged one and one has never gotten stolen.. on my C and B class in Jackson ( I had over 200 of those babies) they were stolen with great frequency whether they were caged or not..

Now if your title is not exempt under the law from the due on sale clause the lender will need to restart the foreclosure with the due on sale violation as the basis of the foreclosure but I doubt that will happen.

So if you made $100k this year, and put in $5500 into your Roth IRA, the IRS will still tax you on the full $100k you made.I put "promise" in quotation marks because I have serious doubt that the Congress of 30 years from now will keep the promises made last decade.
