okay i have property that inherited that is currently in pre foreclosure.

i'm not planning on going through probate or anything like that (i dont qualify for a mortgage).so i was thinking is it possible to buy flip and fix?i know the things that need to be replaced.easy stuff.i'm no handyman.but a good 20k or less.can i flip this property even though i live in the property?any info would help out tremendously.i'm in miami,fl.i have yet to read a post on this.so i decided to give it a shot.what can i possibly have to lose?you can also contact me at [REMOVED]

It doesn't matter that you live in the property and want to fix and flip. The question is how are you going to prevent the foreclosure and obtain clear title to convey to a buyer? Are you going to reinstate the loan? You may want to speak to Wayne Brooks here on BP.
