I do my first appointment ~5 days out, then pack as many pre-screened prospects into that 1-hour window as I can, 15 minutes apart.

In CA the legal term would be "in pro per".if that's the case on some files, this would be a good prospect for a motivated seller.

My thoughts originally were to go FHA as it is my first-time home, but I'm beginning to feel more deterred by it.
