Hey everyone, this is Jacob here reporting from Magnolia, DE (a place most will have never heard of).

There is only one other house on the cul-de-sac at the moment and they just sold there property.  

I'm sure Kohler's firm will explain everything on your call- but I also would put money on them setting  up a very elaborate multi state structure involving either Delaware or Nevada even if you only own 1 rental.
