Looking for guidance on notes for a beginner

Juan De Dios

Hello Everyone! I am relatively new to the community even though I have been listening to the podcast for quite awhile now. I want to learn more about Notes if anyone can point in the right direction I would highly appreciate it. Thanks in advance!

@Juan De Dios

Really great advice from the posts already... advice I am acting upon myself. The Josh Andrews book was my first read on notes and is really great. This morning I just finished "Real Estate Note Investing" by Dave Van Horn, which has some really good information and learnings from his journey to notes. I also found Gordon Moss' "Performance Anxiety" to be helpful. Best of luck!
