Getting things ready to launch my first STR and wondering what systems you all are using to automate your listings.

We are using SmartBnb for automated messaging and an electronic deadbolt for access.

I have been onboarding properties and automating them through Hostfully for a friend who is a real estate investor.

If you do allow this, how do you keep accounting straight and automate your system for ensuring the other roommates pay on time in the event someone prepays?

I wouldn't want to operate without software that can automate taking payments, leases, as well as doing background checks and applications, etc...
