Are the air conditioner units locked in cages, plenty of bail bonds offices and pay day loans available?

The only person I know is my sister who charged her tenants for putting 20 matchbox cars in the air vent 😂 and they paid it.

This area is more difficult to grow in with more disease/pest pressure than the high plains AVA, but less than say East or North Texas.

If the deal falls through, they can probably find another buyer so they don't feel any pressure.

If you can add bedrooms, bathrooms, central air, updated kitchens, new carpet and/ or paint, etc. do that.  

Our company has been very active on the internet since its inception in around 2007 with a TV show on the Sportsman's Channel that aired nationally each week in the fall.

I have bought everything from appliance packages & Air Spa bathtubs to light switches and door knobs online, and everything in between.I haven't targeted local yet, but need to.  

They are living in home now without too many gripes, but cosmetic damages from foundation have opened up cracks to outside (light/air coming through home that they have plugged with plastic bags).- Repairs for flip estimated at $37-$44k (foundation, cosmetic, flooring, windows, doors, bathrooms/kitchen, etc.).
