If the property condition doesnt qualify for VA financing based on condition, they simply will not accept the offer if the listing agent knows ehat he is doing.You already know the problem, so you shouldnt waste your time, and money on an inspection and appraisal if you know the property will not qualify for financing.

Also, it might be helpful to try and find a real estate agent that also invests in properties, because he/she will have a good understanding of the types of properties you will be interested in and you won't waste each other's time.

I just looked at it today, it has a solid floor, new siding, new roof, and most of the windows are new, including a new front door. the lot rent is $430 it includes water, sower, and trash.
