School fees $30k....Etc, Etc... 

I'm in school full time, what's the quickest way for me to make money in real estate, I need the income and want something that's like a full-time job but me working for myself only!

It really depends whether or not you want to go to school and other factors.

I have a somewhat friend I went to school with who is now a general contractor.

Located in an established working neighborhood with great access to a park and school, and near a quaint commercial district.

I’m unsure if I need to just focus on school now and switch gears after I get a career established, or if there may be another way to start sooner.

Im in school as well as working full time but I’ll be honest— living in New York is so expensive and between student loans and not being able to do overtime while in school i realized I don't want to spend my life putting hours in the hospital just to get by.
