A portion of those increases are simply market factors, but its also being driven by people moving out further after being priced out of the "more desireable" areas.On second thought, I agree, stay west of 122nd, its nothing but trouble out here.

I'm very driven and like growing and improving and feel like I am very limited and restricted in that just working my 9-5.I'm currently doing everything I can to pay my student loan debt off by the end of this year and then focusing on using January through June of next year to build up some cash for emergencies (following the Dave Ramsey plan for paying down debt and saving, although don't completely agree with him on investing.)

I used a strange selling price so I can show that both A and B may have crazy numbers but you can boil them down to just the Cap Rates and compare them easily.HOWEVER, we must then compare the neighborhoods.Property A is in a GREAT Neighborhood.
