It's clean, wears extremely well, and is easy to or down.

So now with first class most times only being a few hundred more than coach I just don't put myself in that situation anymore.And if my guys rent to someone who is extremely heavy they go into the bathrooms and retrofit lest they have a real problem down the line..

Long story short they pay every month but are extremely late and are behind 4 months on late fees owed.

If you think this is the best deal you can do, and it makes sense for what you are trying to accomplish (forget the 2% rule not everyone can achieve that in every market), than pull the trigger.
