Hello everyone!

I recently sprung a higher interest in real estate investing. I've heard a lot about it in the past and it has always been intriguing to some extent. I recently moved to Eastern Indiana with my wife to live close to her parents and help them out with some properties that they own. Talking about the future of these properties and future projects makes me really interested in starting a career in real estate investment.

However there are some issues. My wife and I are broke and I recently accepted an offer for a job. I was wondering if someone could give me some advice on how to juggle a full time job while trying to start investing.

I think I'm leaning toward wholesaling. Is this a good choice for a starting point given my situation?

And answers or advice is much appreciated! Thank you
