After reviewing the leases and contracts, we create estoppels for all tenants and suppliers/service providers and have them reviewed, adjusted and attested independently of the vendor.If diligence goes smoothly, the LoI rolls over into the Agreement of Purchase and Sale.

I am in the middle of my first turn over with a new property manager and it is not going real smooth.

So I gave up 3% commission to save up to $60k on the price and it was a very smooth transaction for all parties.

I'm trying to figure out how to set up my business to operate smoothly online.

Thankfully everything has gone smoothly so far. 4 out of the 5 rooms were filled when purchased and only 1 has moved out.

I definitely don’t have a glorified idea of how easy and smooth sailing flipping a house will be, that’s why I am really doing my homework on investing in general before I dive in.

Sometimes it goes perfectly smoothly. 

A third took 2 1/2 months to get me my first payment (though of course they did pay all the past rent that 3rd month and from then on everything went smoothly).

Hey Account Closed, I just completed a Streamline Refinance and it was a pretty smooth process.
