How do I collect rent from a peronal website?

Hi guys!

I am about to close on my first investment property and am trying to get everything set up. I have found this neat little website called cozy.co which I can use to manage my personal investment property. However I really want to get into the property management business as a side job and since i plan to manage my own property, I figure it makes sense to throw a few others into the mix since I'm already doing the routine. I have created a website on wix to use for my business and am trying to figure out how to charge rent on this website. I don't want to be sending tenants to cozy when i have my own business website. I feel like that is unprofessional. My problem is that the only way i can find to accept payments on wix is via credit card and is more suited for a retail transaction that collecting rent. That and they want a 3% fee for credit cards which i'm not a fan of giving up just to collect money.

Does anyone have experience with setting up a billing system on a person website? Or know how to "code" in a way to bill. Or even if there is a good plug in that I can use? I'm trying to figure out how to set up my business to operate smoothly online.
