I am very passionate in RE and I believe I live in a vibrant and never stopping Austin market.

I have passion for the real estate industry and a strong desire to learn and grow within this dynamic field.The internship I am seeking is through the DOD Skill Bridge program.

I currently have 4 income producing rental properties (SFH) all in the East Bay area.My goal has always to been to generate multiple streams of income outside of my W-2 job so that I can eventually have the option leave the W-2 dependency and focus on the things I'm passionate about 100% of the time.  

I am majoring in interior design because my passion has always been everything relating to houses.

This is a subject dear to my heart.Although Mr Carey may be true for unqualified management firms, there are many that would disagree, passionately.

I have to remind myself as I engage people (passionately) on this subject to remember that people's thinking shuts down when they are scared.
