I'd clean it off use a solution that has mild bleach in it.. check the crawl space below and exterior walls, or windows, or any roof leaks that are draining toward that area..

The HOA took care of all of the exterior stuff, and since I lived in the place the interior maintenance was easy, no need to drive out to fix stuff etc. 

I would rather take my time and learn the business opposed to rushing and tarnishing my reputation by marketing bad deals.

The house looks excellent on the exterior and after I see the interior I'll obviously have the complete picture.

Start with the roof and exterior.  

It has a new roof, doors(interior & exterior), windows, electrical, drywall, paint & garage door.

It takes a shift in thought to start thinking in terms of saving money on taxes as opposed to focusing on making more money, but once people do it, they'll find that they can actually save more than they could otherwise increase their income by.

However, if you are still in the market for a property after a deal falling through and you need that EMD in your pocket as oppose to the seller's pocket, I suggest you think twice.

I'm mainly interested in asbestos siding as opposed to wood lap board siding.It seems to be the asbestos siding takes paint better and holds up based on what i've seen.Just curious if that is indeed the case?
