Commentary: What's in Store for Housing in 2014, Part 2

After graduating from college a year ago I've been learning the ropes of real estate investing through this site, through various books (Rich Dad Poor Dad series especially) and some freelance work.As good as the books and online material out there are, I'm looking to work for an investor so I can learn the nitty gritty of the business and get started investing myself.

Right now, it's sort of up in the air as to how long a landlord must hold the tenant's possessions, and we must serve notice to the tenant and store items until the tenant replies or a "reasonable" (open to interpretation) amount of time has passed, which leaves landlords stuck with either a vacant property storing past tenant's possessions or a bill for a storage unit.6.

(Another reason I don't care for internet LLC form stores, BTW).

While I'm not interested in working as an agent, I have decided to take an online course to get my salesperson license, then hopefully find a broker willing to hang my license.

I started looking around online and it doesn't seem like the orginal Emyth book is available.

Many, even most (but not all) realtors are not going to take kindly to low-ball offers from individuals that are bring buyers to pay more for a property and cut them out of a greater commission.Third, buyers can get access to MLS listings (including REO) though other agents and online sources.

So I've worked at a large grocery store for the past 12 years and make decent money and have a little over $40,000 in stock.

@Shaun Reilly This may sound silly, but you can buy stamps online from the post office at www.usps.com.

So called off-market properties found to have a MLS or just as bad have been vastly marketed online so much so that its just the same as having an MLS.
