If I was to offer any of what little advice I have to offer, it would be to listen to the the bigger pockets podcast and read Brandon Turners book on real estate investing.One day while driving for work I decided I wanted to learn about real estate and found the previously mentioned book, and in said book was mentioned the biggerpockets podcast which became my next step to real estate education.I would say Brandon Turners book on real estate investing would be a real estate 101 freshman course, and listening to the bigger pockets podcast would be like gaining a 4 year college degree.

And the voting may occur differently, depending on life-stages, or demographics.For example ("life-stage theory") one totally plausible scenario is that for higher income earners renting, they vote in the city to a greater degree.

I find it strange how we will check credit scores, degrees, and even identity cards before we even understand the value that one person can bring into one's life or the world for that fact...often times we get caught up into the superficial value methods and not the authentic value methods- like creating a 'win- win' situation for all parties in a given deal...So explain to us; how do you implement the value giving method to be a productive member to the real estate community!!

Also, I'm starting to heavily favor negotiating for a home warranty coverage during the sale for investment properties since the warranty company covers (to some degree) many of the highest value systems of the house during the first year or two after purchase, leaving time to build up reserves.
