Post a sign that says 'Authorized Tenant Parking Only, all other vehicles will be crushed and cubed'

Seems to be positioning itself as an Airbnb without the fees and as a vehicle to facilitate direct booking.

I have been been debating a lot recently whether I should be putting money into other retirement vehicles such has a Roth IRA, 401k, mutual fund, index fund or should I be staying liquid saving my money to buy my first property?

Putting him into any risky private investment vehicle where he could incur a total loss on his investment is simple foolishness.

I've only dealt with a brick and motor business broker once, but they were 10% brokerage fee with a $30,000 minimum to sell a business.

With an electrical vehicle solar makes a lot more sense.

My question is:Would i need to buy the new vehicle under my LLC or can i buy under my nameDo you see any problems/concerns with using this benefit as a landlord?
