I NEED HELP! Im EXTREMELY new to real estate investing & I'm using Wholesaling as an investment vehicle to break into the market. As you all may know, its comonly known as the least financial barrier to entry. Eventually I will move twd long term buy and hold with BRRRR strategy & creative investing. Lately I feel the day to day grind of cold calling and D4D (Driving for dollars) isn't teaching me enough to learn about the COMPLETE industry of real estate. What are some recommendations that I could be doing in addition to trying to find and close deals via wholesaling? Some say get my realtors license and others say I don't need it. What are your suggestions on things that I could be doing to learn and gain knowledge in the field?
