I can't seem to understand why people would even waste their time and money into a market like this.

She's still wasting time and money at turnover.  

I had a valuation recently that put it about $20k over the 2007 price so I could pull out with minimal profit, but I'm inclined to just keep it on the back burner and continue with my full time job in the meantime, whilst looking at other properties in North America.Any advice you could give would be greatly appreciated.  

That said, I haven't had a chance to go see the property myself and will need to schedule a time this weekend to go see it.My question to BP is what else should I do in order to minimize my risk?

Don't waste your valuable time trying to rethink marketing.  

She beat the case for the electric and fail on the water and waste part due to the fact of the city capping offer their sewer from her.

BP saved me $350 I was about to waste on a guru.

Worst Case Scenario, I would be able to do this myself with minimal time.  

Why do you waste your time and money with all that SFH stuff?
