This works for wholesaling FSBO single family houses but not in commercial.Why would they list with you if you are not expressing to them how you can add value?

And, yes, you can take your FL state exam in a different state, anywhere there is a PearsonVue testing center.I took my classes online through Real Estate Express.

If the undocumented/illegal residents are the only ones who have expressed interest... that's a tough call.
