It's located near great schools (Chestate Elementary, North Forsyth Middle and High School), last 4 rentals were leased within a month of listing especially with Covid-19 impacts, low vacancy approximately 4%, and is located in a rather afluent and safe neighborhood. 

We completed 1 BRRRR (back in Feb 2020), and are in various stages of BRRRR on the 4 other properties.

We sold our house in November of 2018 and put everything in storage for 8 months while we traveled all over the USA while trying to figure out where the next stage of life should begin.

As a prudent investor, you basically have to imagine that at this stage, because we lack adequate information.  

Still in the learning/research stages of investing so its nice to have forums like this to ask questions and provide clarity on certain subjects. 

I am in My 2 stages of the EIDL loan.
