Early-stage Subdivision Planning
I want to get into real estate development.
I found a site for sale that looks prime for a 60-80 lot subdivision. What is the least expensive way for me to get a very basic site plan conceptualized to get a close estimate on the number of lots it could be subdivided into? I want to determine what the costs will be to develop it and what the return might be. Thanks!
